 Cleaning & Use:

  • Hand-wash only is strongly recommended — dishwashers generate high heat, harsh detergents, and pressurized sprays, which can damage the sublimation prints, coatings, or seals.

  • Disassemble lids, gaskets, straws, and other components for better cleaning access.

  • Use a bottle brush or soft brush to reach the bottom and curves.

  • Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to air-dry before reassembling.

  • Occasionally, for deep-cleaning odor or residue, combine baking soda + vinegar or use mild citric acid. Swirl, let fizz, rinse.

Temperature & Use:

  • These tumblers are typically designed to hold both hot and cold beverages.

  • Pre-warm (or pre-chill) the tumbler by adding hot (or cold) water for a minute before pouring in your drink to maintain temperature performance.

  • Avoid carbonated drinks, which may build pressure and cause leakage or popping.

 What to Avoid:

  • Avoid using in dishwasher, especially on “sanitize” or “high heat” cycles.

  • Don’t use bleach, strong detergents, or chlorine-based cleaners.

  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers or sharp scouring materials, as they can scratch the surface or wear off printed designs.

general

  • Always wash before first use with warm, soapy water, then rinse thoroughly.

  • Use mild dish soap and non-abrasive sponges or cloths.

  • Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, bleach, scouring pads, or strong chemicals.

  • Do not soak for long periods—especially lids or parts with decals.

  • Dry completely before storing. Moisture trapped in lids or seals can promote mold or odor.

  • Avoid exposing the drinkware to extreme temperature changes (e.g. pouring boiling water into a frozen cup).

  • Do not use metal utensils or sharp objects inside — they may scratch the surfaces and designs.

Instructions

libby cup

  • Wash by hand or dishwasher-safe depending on manufacturer labeling (many Libbey glass cups are dishwasher safe).

  • Use warm water and mild dish soap.

  • Avoid sudden temperature shifts (e.g. pouring boiling water into a very cold glass) to reduce risk of cracking.

  • Inspect rims and glass edges before use — chips can worsen over time.

  • Store carefully to avoid knocks or stacking too tightly.

Coffee Mug

  • Many are dishwasher-safe, but to preserve colorful prints or special finishes, hand-wash is preferred.

  • Use non-abrasive sponge/cloth and mild soap.

  • Avoid droppings or impacts—ceramics chip or crack.

  • For mugs with thermochromic or color-changing coatings, avoid prolonged dishwasher cycles or high-heat exposure. Some manufacturers recommend hand-washing to maintain the effect.

  • Microwave-safe depends on the mug — check manufacturer specs. Some mugs with metallic or specialty coatings may not be microwave-safe.

Glow-in-the-dark tumbler

These require extra care to maintain both the glow effect and the design integrity.

Best Practices:

  • Hand wash only with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid dishwashers and high-heat cycles.

  • Use soft sponges or microfiber cloths — do not use rough scrubbers or brushes that can scratch the glow surface.

  • Avoid soaking or submersion for prolonged periods, especially on lids or areas with glow coatings.

  • Do not expose to direct, intense sunlight or UV light for long durations when stored — UV can degrade or bleach the glow pigments over time.

  • Avoid high-temperature fluids or excessive heat — heat may affect the glow layer over time.

 Tips for Longevity:

  • Before storing at night, rinse and dry thoroughly to prevent residue buildup.

  • When recharging glow (if applicable), use a UV or bright light source briefly.

  • Handle with care — avoid drops or scratches to maintain clarity of the glow surface.
