Important note: Processing time refers to how long we need to prepare, produce, and get your order ready to ship (not transit time).
Below are our standard timeframes based on order type. Because we’re using Speedball Fabric Ink, some curing/setting steps require extra care, which is factored into these windows.
Sublimation
-
Standard orders (non-preorder): 2–4 business days
-
Rush requests (if accepted): 1–2 business days (for a surcharge)
-
Notes: Sublimation inks bond into the fabric and typically don’t require an extended curing time like surface inks; however, we still allow for quality checks and inspection.
Personalization / Custom Additions
(Names, numbers, unique edits to a base design)
-
1–3 additional business days on top of the base production time
-
If ordered alongside sublimation or in-stock designs, personalization will follow production steps
-
For complex or multiple placements, we may need to extend by another 1 day (client will be notified)
Special Orders
(Designs, colors, or items we don’t regularly stock)
-
5–10 business days
-
This includes sourcing specialty blanks or custom inks
-
We’ll notify you if there are delays beyond this window
Bulk / Wholesale Orders
-
Small bulk runs (dozens): 4–7 business days
-
Larger bulk runs (hundreds): 7–14 business days
-
Because bulk work often involves staging, extra curing room, and batch quality checks, the schedule is more generous
-
If you’re doing recurring or seasonal bulk orders, get in touch early so we can book production slots for you
Pre-Order Apparel
(When we open a window for orders before we manufacture)
-
Pre-order window is announced in advance
-
After the window closes, allow 10–21 business days for full production and processing
-
We’ll send updates during the production cycle
-
Shipments will go out in batches as items are completed — you may receive yours before others, depending on inventory flow
Speedball Fabric Ink — Curing & Dry Time Considerations
Because you use Speedball Fabric Ink for many of your printed garments, here’s how that affects timing:
-
Speedball’s fabric block printing inks are described as drying “to the touch overnight” but needing up to 7 days to fully cure before washing.
-
Some users report slower drying in cooler or more humid environments (2–4 days to fully dry) depending on conditions.
-
Therefore, we build in buffer days after the final ink application to ensure prints are stable and don’t smudge
-
If you request “rush” prints (less than full curing), we may limit liability for post-wash durability

Additional Notes & Policies
-
All times are business days (excludes weekends, holidays, and days we are closed).
-
We begin counting processing time after payment is confirmed and artwork is approved (when relevant).
-
You will receive status updates if your order is delayed beyond the original timeframe.
-
If we foresee a delay of more than 2 additional business days, we will notify you in advance with options (partial shipping, rush production, etc.).
-
For very tight deadlines, contact us in advance — we may accept rush orders with additional fees, but only if the schedule allows.
