By purchasing from DS4MD, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as order number or receipt) is required.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise required by Montana state law.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

Custom or personalized orders.

Digital downloads.

Clearance or discounted items.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to DS4MD’s error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

If a return is accepted but the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping, we may issue only a partial refund.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for the same product if stock is available. If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose between a refund or store credit.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. DS4MD is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
7. Montana State Law Compliance
Under Montana consumer protection laws:

Products must be as described and free from material defects.

Consumers have the right to remedies if goods are not delivered as promised.

DS4MD will comply with all applicable Montana statutes, including the Montana Consumer Protection Act (MCA 30-14-101 et seq.).

8. Sale Items & Promotions
Items purchased during sales or promotions may be final sale. Any exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Custom and personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
